How do I place an order?
You can view our collections of available tea and order directly through our webshop.
We use Mollie as our payment processing provider, and we accept iDEAL and Credit Cards as payment methods. Your order will only be shipped if your payment has been verified.
What are the shipping costs?
We use PostNL as our shipping method for all countries mentioned below.
Netherlands:
We offer free shipping for orders above €60.
A flat rate of €5.95 is charged for any order under €60.
European Union:
Orders above €75 will be shipped for free.
Any order under will be charged a flat rate of €13.90*.
*Orders to Germany, Belgium, and France will be charged a flat rate of €10.90.
The rest of the world:
Orders above €150 will be shipped for free.
Any order under will be charged a flat rate of €19.90*.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We will process your order within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent out.
Usually, parcels within the Netherlands are delivered on the next day while it may take 3-5 days within the EU.
Note:
We collect your shipping address when the order is placed. However, YIN CHA can not be held responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses OR orders that are lost due to delivery to an unsecured location. Please contact us at info@yin-cha.com if you have any further questions.
What are your return policies?
We offer a 14-day return policy for any products that are sold through our website. Your products must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with labels, and in their original packaging.
Please follow the instructions below to return your products:
- Forward your confirmation email to info@yin-cha.com with a mention of the product return
- An address will be provided for you to send back your order. (Unfortunately, we could not cover the cost of your shipping.)
- Once we have received and checked your returned products, we will notify you via email if your request has been approved. You’ll automatically be refunded to your original bank account that has initiated this payment.
