Brewing recommendations

5g | 110ml | 100 °C | 5s | 5-7 steeps

We recommend a steeping temperature of 100 °C (212 °F) to fully stimulate the strong aroma of this Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid) Dancong Oolong tea. Take 5 grams of tea with 110ml water to steep for 3 seconds. Or increase to 8 grams with a shorter steeping time if you prefer a stronger tea. It can be re-steeped 5-7 times when using a tea egg, filter bag, or Chinese Gong Fu Cha set. But please remove the tea leaves quickly to avoid stuffing. This tea is best suited for consuming in small cups to appreciate the tea with patience.

Soft and calm

It is in between Mist Temple and Steam Jade - I would recommanded too. Very light, not heavy taste, which I like it.

Take time to drink tea, just be in the present moment, and enjoin the taste. You will find out what you really like it. I have too many favorite now. Love them all.
