Its vibrant green, tightly rolled leaves unfurl when brewed, releasing a rich aroma and producing a bright golden-green infusion with a lingering sweetness. The steeped leaves remain whole and delicate, with red-tipped edges. Unlike many artificially flavored Milky Oolongs, our tea’s creamy fragrance is entirely natural, offering a subtly rich and satisfying taste.

Brewing instructions

Steeping

5g | 110ml | 100°C | 30s | 5-7 steeps

We recommend a steeping water temperature of 100°C. Then take 5 grams of tea with 110ml water to steep for 30 seconds, and increase to 50 seconds after steeping for 3 times. The tea can be re-steeped several times when using a tea egg, filter bag, or Chinese Gong Fu Cha set.

You can always adjust the quantity and brewing time based on your preference. When using a larger container like a tea pot, please take a small quantity and leave it in for a few minutes.

Cold brew

5g | 750ml | 5 °C | 8 hrs

Take 5 grams of tea with 750ml water and keep it in the fridge for 8 hours. We recommend preparing it in the evening before you go to bed, or in the morning so you can enjoy it during the day. If you want to keep it in the bottle for longer hours, please start with a lower amount of tea to avoid getting too strong.
