Description
Introduction
We’re delighted to be part of Film Festival Vaes, where we’ll guide a special Mindful Chinese Tea Ceremony held in the heart of nature(outdoor). Join us on a meditative tea journey through the four seasons. This experience is designed to help you reconnect with nature’s cycles, gently guiding you through the subtle energies of each season through fine crafted Chinese tea. Beginning with Summer and concluding with the awaken of Spring, we will move through time in reverse, allowing you to mindfully reflect on the transitions in life and nature.
Each season is represented by a special tea collection from YIN CHA, brewed with intention and Chinese brewing techniques, and accompanied by natural sounds and aromas. As you engage your senses—taste, sound, smell, and touch—you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully immerse yourself in the present moment. This reverse journey through time—from rebirth to rest—will leave you feeling calm, centered, and deeply connected to the natural rhythms of life. The experience of each tea ceremony will be enriched by dedicated moments for gentle breathwork, mindfulness meditation, sound of frosted quartz crystal bowls and hypnotic deep relaxation.
What We Will Do
In this two-hour session, we will guide you through four meditative tea ceremonies, each representing one of the four seasons, starting with Summer and ending in the current season of Spring.
Each tea ceremony will be a slow and mindful process, with moments for quiet reflection, gentle breathing, and simply being present. You will be guided through the subtle shifts in energy as we progress through each season, fostering a deeper connection with both nature and yourself.
WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE
- Sensory immersion: Each season is brought to life with natural sounds and scents that match the tea being brewed, varying from the vibrant sounds of summer to the serene quiet of winter.
- Four seasonal teas: You will experience the flavors of four different teas, each is carefully chosen by YIN CHA to reflect the spirit of its respective season, guiding you through the emotions and energies of the year.
- Meditative experience: The ceremony is designed to encourage mindfulness and presence, offering you time for introspection and a deep connection to the present moment.
- Seasonal transitions: Expect to feel a gentle transition from the vibrancy of summer, the grounding of autumn, deep stillness of winter, and finally into the freshness of current spring.
WHAT TO BRING
- Comfortable clothing: Wear soft, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to sit comfortably for extended periods. Layering is recommended to adjust to the shifting seasonal energies.
